DFM analysis before production
Before starting production we analyse Gerber files, BOM, pick and place files, panelisation, footprints, component availability and potential assembly issues. If problems come up, we flag them before they turn into costs or delays.
SMT production
We carry out SMT assembly for SMD components, fine-pitch BGAs and high-density electronic boards. We use controlled processes, verified reflow profiles and AOI inspection to guarantee consistent quality on every board.
THT assembly
We handle through-hole assembly, selective soldering, wave soldering, hand soldering, special components, cable harnesses, power connectors and processes that call for technical skill beyond simple automation.
100% functional testing
Every board can undergo functional testing, ICT, burn-in or custom testing. The goal is to deliver electronic boards that are verified, traceable and ready to be integrated into the final product.
Production traceability
We link each board to unique codes, component batches, SMT parameters, test results and process data. On request we provide traceability reports for audits, quality, service and non-conformity management.
Conformal coating
We apply selective or full conformal coating with acrylic, polyurethane or silicone materials to protect electronic boards intended for harsh environments, humidity, dust, vibration or demanding industrial conditions.
Logistics and scheduled supply
We manage component stock, kanban, kitting, scheduled shipments and deliveries to your plant or directly to your customers, making production more stable and predictable.
How we work
Our method for electronic board manufacturing
Technical analysis and DFM
We start from the production files: Gerber, BOM, pick and place, test specifications and available documentation. We check for technical issues, obsolete components, footprints, tolerances and potential assembly problems.
Component procurement
We handle sourcing, supplier qualification, compatible alternatives, lead times, critical components and material availability. The goal is to reduce delays, last-minute substitutions and production interruptions.
Pilot run and validation
We produce a pilot run to validate the process, assembly, testing, production yield and board stability. This stage lets us fix any critical issues before production.
Series production
Once the process is validated, we manage scheduled batches, repeat production, quality control, traceability and reporting.
Testing and reports
We carry out functional tests, AOI inspections, electrical checks and custom testing. When required, we provide test reports and traceability data for every batch produced.

Frequently asked questions about PCB assembly
It means we take care of mounting all the components on your board (SMT, THT). You keep ownership of the design, while we manage the entire contract production chain.
Both options are possible. Most customers prefer to entrust us with procurement as well, to take advantage of our supply channels, reduce critical lead times and qualify alternatives; but we also accept partial or complete kits supplied by the customer.
We have no rigid minimum batch sizes. We assemble prototypes and pilot runs of just a few units as well as large series. The unit price varies, but the process quality is the same.
We cover the entire cycle: from design and industrialisation to contract assembly, functional testing and after-sales support. You can entrust us with the whole process or involve us in a single stage.
