Component-by-component electrical verification: presence, polarity, value, short circuits, solder joints.
Burn-in and stress testing

Dedicated test benches

Traceability

Yes. Boards manufactured by Electra pass a dedicated functional test before shipping. The measured parameters and results are tracked and archived.
Yes, we either use the customer's test benches or design and build a custom test bench.
ICT (In-Circuit Test) checks the board component by component; functional testing checks that the board behaves as intended in the real application; burn-in subjects it to extended thermal/electrical stress to bring out anomalies.
